OVERVIEW
MCS Multimedia is a full service media firm serving the Metro Detroit area. MCS would like to streamline its sales process from the lead nurturing phase to the order process. We propose an website update, a New Sales Process, CRM software implementation, as well the creation of a trained sales force (Marketing Consultants). Below are the stated goals of the project.

SPECIFICATIONS
1. Based on our research, the website changes can be made in-house. Invisible Clouds will find a template that best fits MCS's business goals and work with MCS's in house web designer to update the site to accommodate online ordering as well quote submission forms.
2. The Sales Process and CRM would require in-house shadowing for 1-2 weeks. The CRM has a learning curve, we estimate 1-2 days of training on the process would be required for all staff (sales and production).
3. Marketing Consultation can be facilitated by Invisible Clouds on behalf of MCS. Invisible Clouds can provide training for internal Marketing Consultants as MCS continues to grow its staff.
